🎙️ Season 1 Wrap-Up: What’s Next for Productivity with Zest?

After six months, 25 episodes, nearly 3,500 downloads, and listeners tuning in from 385 cities across 49 countries, I’m officially pressing pause on Season 1 of Productivity with Zest—and what a journey it’s been!

What started as a place for productivity tips and quick hacks has evolved into something much more meaningful: a space for honest conversations, mindset shifts, and practical strategies that help us not just work more efficiently—but live more intentionally.

✨ From Hacks to Heart: How the Podcast Grew

When I launched Productivity with Zest, I was focused on giving time-saving tips, tools, and planning frameworks to help people get more done. But over time, it became clear that productivity is about more than ticking off tasks. It’s about:

  • Knowing what really matters

  • Working in a way that feels sustainable

  • Creating space for rest, reflection, and creativity

  • And embracing that zest for life—not just work

Some of the most-loved episodes in Season 1 really reflected this deeper shift, including:

If you haven’t listened yet, this is a great time to catch up while the podcast is on pause.

📩 What’s Next? A Pause to Reflect—and an Invitation

For the whole of April, I’m stepping back—not just from podcasting but from social media too—to reflect, realign, and intentionally plan what Season 2 (and the wider Zest brand) will look like.

This pause isn’t about burnout—it’s about purpose.

And I’d love your help shaping what’s next.

📝 Help Shape Season 2 + Win a £20 Amazon Voucher

I’ve created a super short survey to gather feedback on the podcast so far—what you’ve loved, what you want more of (or less of!), and what would make Season 2 even more useful and inspiring.

As a thank-you, everyone who completes the survey by midnight on 20th April will go into a draw to win a £20 Amazon voucher. The winner will be announced by email on Wednesday 23rd April.

With zest,
Jasmine x

Hello, my lovely listeners. It is Jasmine and I’ve got a short but very important update for you today. First of all, wow, we have reached 25 full episodes of this podcast and just past the six month mark. We started as a place for sharing productivity tips and hacks, and that has grown into something much deeper, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you. Whether you’ve been here from day one or just discovered the show, I am so grateful to have you listening, and here is a stat that absolutely blows my mind. Since launching, this podcast has had almost three and a half thousand downloads, reaching listeners in 385 cities across 49 countries. How amazing is that? To think that this little podcast that began in my mind and has been recorded in my home office in Silsdon, west Yorkshire, has travelled so far. It means the world to me.

Speaker 1:

When I first launched this podcast, I was diving into quick, actionable tools to help you feel more in control of your time and energy, but over time, something started to shift and I realised I didn’t just want to talk about getting more done. I wanted to explore how we can work in a way that feels aligned, fulfilling and sustainable, and that’s how we landed where we are now with productivity, with zest getting the stuff done, but with that added extra of joy and the zest for life. This first season has been full of powerful subjects and honest reflections, and some of the most downloaded episodes have been episode one the dream versus reality navigating running a business as a mum I think this one really struck a chord with so many of you juggling multiple roles. And episode five procrastination unpacked. Why are we delaying how to break the cycle? Because, yes, we have all been there and still go there.

Speaker 1:

Episode seven productivity is not what you think it is. This is where we started pulling apart the traditional ideas of productivity and looking at it through a fresh lens. And episode eight stop wasting time, the power of a pivot to propel your productivity, because sometimes the most productive thing we can do is change direction. And this is probably the episode that people mentioned to me the most. Even this week, I was chatting with some friends and they’ve made a pivot in their business because of listening to this episode. So these 25 episodes have laid the foundation, but now I want to take a short pause and reflect on where we’re heading next.

Speaker 1:

So here’s the plan I’m officially wrapping up season one today and taking a short break to step back and look at the bigger picture. I’ll be using April to reflect, reimagine and get really intentional about what season two could look like, and I’d love your input. No, in fact, I need your input. I couldn’t do this without you. This podcast is for you and in order to make it the best it can be, I need to know what you think.

Speaker 1:

I’ve created a short, simple survey to hear directly from you what episodes you’ve loved, what you’d like more of and what would make this podcast even more helpful and inspiring for your life and work. It’ll only take about three minutes to complete, but it will be priceless to me. And to give you that little push to complete it, everyone who completes the survey before midnight on the 20th of April will be entered into a draw to win a £20 Amazon voucher. You’ll find the link to the survey right here in the show notes or head over to zestproductivitycom. Forward slash season one. So that’s it for now. I’ll be back in may with season two, filled with fresh ideas, some exciting new features and, of course, more real talk about working and living with purpose, clarity and zest. Until then, take care, stay curious and thank you for being part of this journey with me.
