Hi, I’m Jasmine Clarke, Executive & Leadership Coach, EMCC Senior Accredited and ILM Level 7 qualified, with a first-class degree in Psychology and over 15 years of experience helping people lead and live with purpose in various ways.
I work with senior leaders, executives, and business owners who have achieved success but want to create more clarity, confidence, and authenticity in how they lead.
My clients describe me as calm, intuitive, and strategic. Someone who brings both depth and practicality to every conversation.
I founded Zest to help people evolve from capable to exceptional.
Through one-to-one executive coaching and organisational partnerships, I help clients:
Create space to think clearly and make confident decisions
Strengthen authentic leadership and team alignment
Build sustainable success without burnout
Reconnect with who they are at their best
I work with individuals privately and in partnership with organisations to coach multiple leaders within the same business, offering consistent, high-quality coaching across senior teams.
For longer-term partnerships, I offer retainer options with up to 10% discounted rates, giving leaders ongoing access to support and clarity as they grow.
I blend psychological insight, professional expertise, and human connection.
That means I’ll meet you where you are, combining warmth and curiosity with the kind of challenge that creates real progress. You’ll find our sessions reflective, honest, and practical.
I believe that great coaching doesn’t change who you are, it brings out the most aligned, intentional, and confident version of you.
‘Jasmine is focused, attentive, and completely attuned to what’s needed.
She challenged my thinking with tact and kindness, and enhanced what was already natural for me – never trying to cram me into a different method or mindset.’
– Bibi Heal, Founder of Songs That Move
Before launching Zest Coaching, I spent over a decade running my own business and leading teams, giving me firsthand experience of the pressures, decisions, and opportunities that come with leadership and entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the side of the football pitch with my family, walking or reading something that makes me think differently (or just escape into a different world), soaking up the quiet moments that refuel me or maybe playing The Sims, my guilty pleasure. Those small pauses, the ones that bring perspective and energy, are exactly what I help my clients create for themselves too.
When I’m not coaching or leading workshops, you can find me hosting my podcast, Productivity Hacks, where I share quick, actionable strategies to boost your productivity and help you make time for what really matters.
